The real trick is to look at God first in everything that we do, not at the world first, and trust in God, not in ourselves, or in anything else, and to pursue everything that comes before us as "coming from God", with the belief that He is the one who is putting it in front of us, and He is the one who has to deal with it, for His purpose, not ours, that He is the knower and doer in our life, not us, that He in truth is the life within your life, is the Oneness within the Creation of God within us, that He is the reality of us, and even more importantly for us, so are we. This is the great mystery of our life. Awakening The Wisdom Surrounding The Soul Thank God, we not the fool that we see when we look in the mirror, or that we have been told we are all our life. It is false, it is a lie. Someone else has truly taken over our life, and is using it for another reason than the reason God created it, which was to reveal God. Bawa speaks about this as the "Enemy of the soul". One day in the room Bawa told us, "I have not come for you, I have come for your soul. I have come to awaken the wisdom surrounding your soul, so the wisdom surrounding the soul can do battle with the enemy of the soul." And when this child heard Bawa say this, I immediately asked Bawa, "Bawa, who is the enemy of my soul?" And Bawa looked right at me and said, "You are!!!!" Overcoming The "Enemy of The Soul" Through The Life & Teaching of Bawa So the work in our life is not to support the "Enemy of the soul", which is the guy we see in the mirror, but instead to get into God's Head, or more appropriately, into God Heart, and figure out what God is doing within us, and then join with God in what He is doing within us. We already know what the "Enemy of the soul" is doing within us, which is "everything" that "we" are doing. This is what must end. It is just that simple. In this way, we have to study the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen to learn about God's work within us, to learn about what God has started within us, about what God started within us way before we were born into this world, and way before we awoke to ourselves as separate from God, separate from His Creation, and separate from each other. Understanding What God Is Doing Within Us We have to learn what God is up to within you, through the life and teaching of Bawa, and then through the life of Bawa which is Wisdom within us, and through the heart of Bawa which is the Pearl of Wisdom within us, which in truth is the Holy Qur'an, the Ocean of 'Ilm or Divine Knowledge within us, to join God in what He is doing within us, allowing Him to finish what He has started within us, which is to reveal True Man within the Creation of God within us, which is the Oneness of God and the Creation of God within us, allowing True Man to reveal God within True Man within us, which is the Oneness of True Man and the Creation of True Man within us, and in this way, allowing us to get out of what we think "we" are doing, which in truth is nothing of value, nothing of lasting value, which will all end when we end. Understanding What The "Enemy of The Soul" Is Doing Within Us My dearest loving brother Mike, this is so very important to do, for each one of us to do, because what God is doing within us is real, and what we think "we" are doing outside of us is a dream, a dream that will just end, when we die. And what is behind our dream isn't God but is what God has discarded. And as a reward for our efforts of building a life separate from God, we get what God has discarded, which is all of the 400 trillion, 10 thousand spiritual energies of the mind, which are all of our thoughts of separation and differences, which is our Creation, not God's Creation, our Creation which succeeds all day long keeping us separate from God, separate from each other, and separate from the Creation of God. Life Is The Victory of Wisdom Reasoning Over Fate But instead of this, instead of our dream life, instead of our life of separation and differences, lived in the world that we see as existing "outside" of us, if through the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen, we get into God's reality within us, which is our innermost heart, which is the Holy Qur'an, which is the heart of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen within us, and if we get into God's life within us, which is the life of wisdom within us, which is the life of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen within us, and in this way, if we get into the life of oneness and unity, the life of justice and truth, the life of compassion and unity within us, which is the Triple Flame of God within us, a life that can be lived within us, through the eye of wisdom within us, through the 99 qualities and actions of God within us, which is the Creation of True Man within us, which are the eyes of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen within us, if we can do this, then and only then, will we become successful in our life, then and only then, as His Holiness teaches us, "Will our wisdom reason over our fate." And in this way, we can make God' reality our realty, we can make God's heart our heart, which is the Kingdom of God within us, we can make God's life our life, which are the 6 wisdoms of God within us, the six faces of God known as Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of God be upon Him) within us, and if we can do this before we die, then our reality and our life becomes God's reality and God's life, and all that we are currently experiencing as our life and our realty, this "Enemy of our soul", will come to an end, and our life will become eternal, and we will live forever as one with God, and one with all that God is one with. Understanding The Reality And Life of God Within Us And this is so my dearest loving brother Mike, because God's reality within us, in maturity within us, is the hereafter or akhirah or the Kingdom of God within us, is the purified heart of Adam within us, before the fall of Adam (may the peace of God be upon Him) within us, and through God's grace after Adam has recovered from His fall, and God's life in maturity within us, is the light of the Nur Muhammad that God personally placed on the forehead of Adam within us. Sounds like a good deal to me. Giving up a temporary impure life, in a temporary impure place, that has no real meaning, that is only hiding the things that God has discarded, for an eternal pure life in the Kingdom of God, which is the mubarakat or the wealth of God, the wealth of the Three Worlds within us, the wealth of awwal, the dunya, and akhirah, the wealth of the world of souls, where we were before coming here, the wealth of the dunya, were we have become stuck, not yet realizing what the dunya really is, which is the 18,000 universes within the sukun or circle at the top of the Arabic letter "mim", and the wealth of the next world, which is the whole point of our life. What do you think? The Justice Of God Is That Whatever We Intend Is What We Receive I guess that is how it is going to work for all of us, my dearest loving brother Mike. Each of us must decide for ourselves. For example, how it turns out for you is in your hands, not God's hands, and certainly not in this child's hands. The choice is yours, either you end up with the "you" of separation and differences, or the "you" of "oneness and unity". Either way it is always within the Justice of God. For as His Holiness teaches us, "The justice of God is that whatever you intend is what you receive" The Choice Is Ours, Not God This child has already made his choice in 1975 when this child met Bawa Muhaiyaddeen, and I chose Bawa Muhaiyaddeen, not me, I chose the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen, not my life and my world.
